The Lünendonk study analyzes the market for recruiting, placement and management of IT freelancers in Germany for 2015

The top ten provider companies for recruitment, placement and management of freelance IT experts in Germany, increased their revenues by an average of 11 per cent in 2015. In comparison, Contractor Consulting’s revenue growth in 2015 was more than four times higher: in 2015, the IT staffing consultancy again increased its revenue by 50.4%.

No other provider from the top ten was able to increase its revenue as much. Contractor Consulting has been growing consistently above average since it was founded in 2010. Other studies, such as the ones from „Focus“ and „Statista“ even show that Contractor Consulting is one of the 500 fastest-growing companies in all of Germany, regardless of industry. For this, the company received the award “Growth Champion 2016”.

Above all, Contractor Consulting sees this as confirmation of its business model, which is focused on consulting and high-quality employees: “Our combination of highly trained employees and intelligent search strategies with learning algorithms form the basis for the successful Contractor Matching process. This know-how makes Contractor a strong and reliable partner,” says Contractor Groups Managing Director Patrick Berger.

According to Lünendonk „Ability to deliver“ is still the most important criterion when selecting a service provider.

Many providers in the recruitment market advertise their independently built databases of more than 100,000 potential candidates. Contractor recognized early on that maintaining such databases is nearly impossible and, moreover, that the exciting candidates are active on social networks and in expert forums. “The search strategies we have developed enable us to track down candidates for our customers that our competitors just cannot find in the first place,” says Patrick Berger, pleased with the successes achieved.
